Here's the first question: how would we have known that was china or other hackers, so bad that we can tell who's atkins, see, that's the thing I always wonder about. How can you be such a good hacker that you could hack into the critical infrastructure of the united states that the imagined the highest level of technical proficiency, but you would leave a trail?
