Lori Feltz

2019-04-14

On December 26, 2016, 58-year-old Lori Feltz disappeared from Cynthiana, KY. When Lori was young, she was in a terrible car accident. This accident killed her younger brother, who was a passenger in the vehicle, and Lori suffered a traumatic brain injury. This accident would change the course of her life forever. Lori, as a result of this injury, had intellectual disabilities, short term memory loss, seizures and required a caregiver to help her with daily tasks and make sure she took her medication.

Around 9 AM on December 26, 2016, Lori was last seen leaving her house on Hick Hardy Road to walk up a path to go help her sister at the home next door. The path was only about 300 yards and this was a route she would walk on a regular basis for exercise. However, she never made it to see her sister. Her sister, Tricia, was expecting Lori and became concerned when she didn’t arrive but she couldn’t find Lori anywhere. Lori’s family members believe that it is possible that she became disoriented on her walk and flagged down a passing motorist to ask for a ride, but so far there have been no signs or clues to indicate what truly happened to Lori that day.

If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Lori Feltz please call the Kentucky State Police at 859-428-1212.

UPDATE- On September 17, 2020, the two unregistered sex offenders mentioned in Lori’s episode, Brendan Camous and Clinton Peterson, were finally apprehended. Acting on new information from Camous and Peterson, Kentucky State Police searched a wooded area on property not far from Lori’s home on September 28, 2020, and recovered human remains along with clothing. On October 6, 2020, the remains were identified as Lori Feltz.

Any response- and this is one of my fears, but it's been realised, she didn't know a stranger, she didn't understand danger and if somebody would offer her a ride, she'd probably take it and in fact we believed that pretty much. What happened that morning beyond that? It's also possible that she asked for a ride. Laurie attended an adult day care facility in a nearby town Monday through friday. She loved that place and in fact she referred to it as her work and we also called it. Her work is very important to her to go and in fact she would have gone to that facility seven days a week if it was available until that particular day. She very much wanted to go to work. It was monday, after all the day, the christmas, but a while ago, awkward, Portugal. The center in fact, was closed. One disappointed that she couldn't go to work that day and in fact, what her caregiver said to her is: why don't you instead walk up to the cabin and help trish richards me, and you can help her up it up there and she said: ok, that's when she left the farmhouse to walk up to where I was at the cabin she had done this many many times, so this was not an unusual event whatsoever on December twenty six, two thousand and sixteen fifty eight year old, laurie celts, disappeared from Cynthiana kentucky and laurie was young. provided the story from their own perspective and gave unique insights as to who lorry was throughout the duration of her life. Up until the day she went missing, but before we get into the details of what happened the day lorry disappeared I would like to go back in time and learn more about lorry ass. She grew up and what she was like before her life altering accident. Here's lorry sister kathleen speaking about their childhood. Well, talk about why she was my orders. By one year there were set. kids in our family born seven years so We are very close, and I just always looked up to my sister in we would always be. We play house together. She was always mom. I, with ice baby. growing up then in battle scorn school. You know
her clothes, sometimes or she'd, where mine because we were only a year apart and we just. we're very close she, very independent from when you were little kids she got mad at something that mom and dad mom had said and said. Come on brennan away and she grab my hand and we walked, on the sidewalk, and I was confused in thing, but it's almost lunchtime and she Matt. So we and walk, and we got to the end of the block and she was going to cross the street myself. Were not allowed to cross street. So we turned and we ended up doing that a number of times and we ended up back home at Time we went in because I was hungry and I talked worry into it.
She was always one for adventure. Asserting herself and I was her eye, grounded her and it. what kind of remain that way for a long time when we spoke to Melissa one of lorries, other sisters, She had a similar point of view of lorry but describes for more as the wild child of the family where she was I just really adventurous and always issue is very in her friends, and as an adolescent hung out with a lot of guys in she was really a beautiful young woman. admired her and I was always just sort of in awe because she was its recent was going out. The sea was one of the ones that, like first with out of the sea, We like she wasn't she hang out at home. She was very Social and very much into being going out
her friends and listening to music. Can he now says I guess the sub Of course. as an adolescent, I was like admiring of her, but we didn't spend that much time together, necessarily because she was years older and definitely to make up. Ways- and thing, and I was kind of them. I was more than nerd. He now I wore glasses and had braces and wanted to be in school and liked to read in the charter, famine and lorry was just like exotic and cool, and we didn't. necessarily hang out, and she also pretty quickly ran cross lies with my parents and was school, you know she was a. I get it's like a rebel, you know, but basically she was just
however, while I was there and so she, at some point left I think my mom sent her- that live where. Our grandmother out in california palm springs area She came home and it was a big big when she came home, does it were celebrating that she was back. I would junior high school and we had done some prank, and with the last day of school with last week of school, or something like that maybe in the eighth grade. I was not there much of a troublemaker. I was certainly a rebel and had opinions, but I didn't I and trouble at its core anyway, involved in a prank got caught and they Suspended me, the school suspended me for the last the last few days of school or something and it was pretty everything to me because that's where you were
Lastly, if good, when you hung out with all your friends Anyway, lorry come home from palm springs, and she was this super supply. Of me, I was crying and sad and she like she displayed the older sister wall, like you, know, they're so wrong and we're not gonna. Let and get away with the I remember being so grateful that she was supportive appearance with that. Many head and our parents were splitting or absent quiet, My dad was worked My mom work, and they were also really. in the process of separating the relationship was not not good, so be it. Shot of. That was that we were real left too, our own means a lorry support in that little junior high school moment. Time was all the support I was gonna. Get it's not like my mama's gonna sit me down and be what happens then, me through it or whatever.
As Melissa previously stated, the family was going through a rough patch during this time, their pay. For in the process of separating lorry had moved to California, and things were slightly strained, however, laurie would return home to go on a family vacation. She came, with us on a family trip, but what kind of an important faintly trip, because I think apparently already announced their pending divorce and my dad. to take the kids on a big trip to the southwest, which we did, but not all the kids went. I think that Joe The older brother was already in just enough trouble, but he might have been out of the house. He wanted to you with her voice, and time whose downstairs it now. Her husband of forty years but what it was a differ.
time, and I didn't know this until much later that she is so she was sick. A lot on that rip and then dad wound up having fi her home from some portion? We learned that hang out heading up colorado. Arizona thank you know is itself west trip I find out later that she was pregnant. With land use your bad boy in our neighbourhood senses baby and miss carrying you know. That is an indication of number one how naive. I was the idea that we were sisters together and she wasn't sharing. That is a part of how she kept her thought, but also how we were not that type lakes somehow couldn't tell me to me what was going on. I was didn't undressed the gravity of it or the pain that she was. Then I remember just thinking it was
She was on her period and should also mean and noise. So you know she was withdrawing, but it was a tough time for for her He moved an optimal lucky. my dad and on another effort, it kind of pulling yourself together and- really just starting her life. She had gotten a small job. I think my dad's law and was and be starting nursing school. But you know I just wanna bet: in way from the hall seen and a chance said, starting life in a walkie when she my brother were in an accident driving back from now a key to date, but I just did idolize her, and I wonder, Ethan driving back, and I struggled like my whole life with this weird guilt was I had tickets, a concert, the eagle
I'm not sure it with some like really big group in Cincinnati than we were gonna drive to. I had bought a ticket for my sister laurie And I girl a certain amount of cred to for me, like that, my beautiful older sister was going to go with me and my friend to a concert was like a big deal, but it's definitely a big deal. The weird where is that she would to get back to ohio at that particular time on that particular day, because we have this conflict the accident that melissa mentioned would be an event that would change the course of lorries, life and her family forever Kathleen was able to provide us with more details as to what occurred on the day of the accident at the king. I were. planning on getting married and I was going to die. Home for my bridle shower and
within march, and I wish to be married in may and my little brother was up here visiting my dad and so he got a ride home with lorry. Instead of taking her, flight that had already been purchased fine. He was fourteen they were driving home. They got to as far as indianapolis. There was some icing and the roads that was happening the echo going the other direction, over the medium lost control and show them head on. It was just a catalyst. The accident and My brother was basically On rival of the paramedics. And lorry had been sort of choked by her seat belt, because the car had flit a few times in.
her body was dead, so she had she was left with tonight. Brain injury, She was in a coma for a couple of months. and so we not able to be in my wedding. But We had to learn thing. All over again did little by little. Her personality was different. Her short term memory was greatly affected, so she Sort of was more like a kid, but she ended up being a very happy and loving person and didn't, know a stranger. accident lorry spent time in halfway houses and would eventually returned to live with her father for a period of time, given the act, that lorry had a traumatic brain injury. Her mood, temperament and personality had changed in addition to grieving the loss of their brother and sun, the family also struggled to acclimate to lorries new challenges, here's melissa discussing the difficulties that went along with caring for lorry after the accident and how lorry eventually left their fathers home to receive care that her family was not equipped to give her at the time that I was living in Milwaukee. For that first few months, where I lived with my dad and my sister, you know and tat. I wasn't very patient with her, and it was also a tough time for my dad, where when he did finally decide that He couldn't really care for her at home and then I,
after college I went moved a marathon and I'm the tree. here's my interaction with her words. Really pretty limited for the next fifteen years Maybe twenty years I was in and out of Milwaukee, so I interact with her when I was living in Milwaukee, but I basically at some point moved The southwest me not at some. I do actually remember when I was in the mid eighty. I moved down to you Donor and I'm between though not taxes and new mexico. I Essentially, never came to the midwest. Until just a couple of years ago are adult lives were spent separately of those we always always had sundays set up. for some cause: lorry one two you a light to be in touch with us.
as we could and see. It was one of the things that sheep did on sundays- was make fun of essentially to every member of the family one after another? She wasn't very good at Our and you know that calls will be essentially scripted like. So how are you and what the like in no, not really an exchange, but just hearing a voice and telling stories you did most of the talking and she would lie for ass sort of her scripted question, like, did you enjoy at and that sort of thing. Around this time, while lorry was inner made too late twenties, she met a man named bob felts bob in lorries struck up a relationship her family wasn't certain. If this was the right decision for lorry, They weren't sure if they should have stopped her from this type of relationship. Given her brain injury,
spite their hesitancy towards the situation. Lorry went on to marry bob and they share to life together for many years Bob. Definitely One and a wife- and they must have had physical relationship, no sexual relationship, but this sort of thing. Where were we protecting her enough or or should we have in genes. seemed happy and none of us. Talked about it again was also like seventies and eighties and, like you didn't he now talk about things in it with her shot at having kind of a. Quote: unquote: normal life independent, because he could be her caregiver. There was no more care and living in institution them and all of the above, so it a good shot, and my dad stay. Close and bob lorry were stayed in with my dad. My dad was always the medical decisionmaker until
turn that over to me a few years ago. But at that point I I was in an out of being in contact with them, but during a stay in Milwaukee I was involved with local newspaper, a free, weekly alternative newspaper. Bob was doing for a trade was started, his own business and share with support and with great a small print shop that can't be, and now graphic bargaining with the first in this and lies in their shop and then graphics, and it was before there was the ability to print as easily. As you know, when a print chop could still make a business I got the new paper witches You know needed to be published on a weekly basis and is now a huge called the shepherd express in milwaukee at the time. It was just that college based kind of radical This paper called the crazy shepherd boy the lorry and their little
and shop printed, the the weekly newspaper. They got that contract, because I was a part of the group that did that newspaper was able to hand them that contract in it. It was a pretty cool because it helps them. Keep the business going the other thing that I know they enjoy doing was they did like square and saying you know they had certain. that they dead every week that square dancing with one of them bob got cancer most with cancer, and I think during course of a year was over, and it was at that point that my dad, arranged with the to in the care of the state and with a similar content. She became a ward of the state and was placed in foster care in sheboygan with a family up there, it now seems like the best,
situation. It was just the only situation that we had. The foster family, that lorries stayed with after her husband, Bob passed away was a nice family. Different from the type in which lorry had grown up way after a while lorry began to gain weight while staying with his family and was not as active as she had been for the entirety of her life, making affected lorries, mobility and she had a tendency to fall down. Ass she grew older. She would experience issues with her legs and ankles over time. Lorry began to miss a feeling of being around her family. Here's a clean discussing lorries, eventual move to her sister tricia's home eventually what we kept in some boy is a nation Spare me was that caring for her. They were family. When we, had always been famine. We know very close
so she missed being living his family and my sister, who was retired resource for, decided that she would care of mom mom within a nursing home had been ohio near me, had alzheimer's and I did care that was getting more and more expensive each man, it seemed an so treasure. Actually who lived in this beautiful long come on a hill, but fine house down the hill next to her use as they care house my husband and I went down there in red. Did you know got some words in need it. It was a good set up for caregivers. and for trade and her husband to still have the upstairs and since
share with already having caregivers help her with mom. She thought would be wonderful if she could reunite mom and worry when mom and worry we'd get on the phone with each other laurie we always say you know, like I just Just when it comes to you and mom would say I either come see me or outcomes you and they would burn get worked up, but mom couldn't take care of it. Often either could lorry. So we ended up Getting borri down Two men and found day, adult takers where could, go and cheap that she was there to help and so she called her work. here's lorry sister tricia describing her home in cynthia Anna Kentucky, so we live on a world farm in Nicholas county Kentucky and it's a fifty
farm cries. It is she was walking the farm which is not unusual at all for her to do in fact, there's tune. Homes on the farm, and they are about. Football field distance. from each other and she very often walked in the two homes back and forth. We and walked did together. We say if they are connected by a gradual driveway, tricia, went on to explain the events of the day, leading up to the moment that lorry went missing on the morning of monday, December twenty six to seven. Sixteen she was supposed to be one from what we call the farm house too, the cabin she because of her needs. We did a caregiver who is
interested in you getting her ready for the day. I was the cabin boy was at the farm house with a caregiver and I set out to walk from the farm house to the cabin that was our understanding. The boy never arrived at the cabin so within fifteen minutes I was watching for her to arrive, the cabin and quit. see her in. For you to understand the lay out kind of a straight shot. You can look from the cabin All the way down the gravel lane, basically almost to the farmhouse and see the whole land and I do yeah- I immediately texted her caregiver, in doing that Maybe she had turned back, maybe like she had to go to the bathroom or something and
her caregiver immediately texted back now. You know she left here to walk there and she's here, so both of us. Both she and I Immediately set out for her knowing that she would the fire boy wise about Five, nine Two hundred and thirty pounds the she was a large woman, but she had several health issues being one of her health issues I asked her to walk slowly. He also had an artificial knee She also had a dream swelling in both angles and a couple of years previously. She had also broken one of her ankle and though she had a them.
Screw and applied It call so. She didn't go anywhere fast, which fine. We just wanted her walking, so I knew that wherever she was, we will catch up with her and a very quick. search of the area including the roadway we didn't find her. So I immediately call the sheriff. The sheriff responded immediately to the scene in the search for lorry began at once. The sheriff responded, do weekly. We were we were impressed am with them the hour. He had garnered a significant search party. It was actually a huge, search party. I he also called in Nicholas county marlboro county, so he
we called in resources from I get counties down within just a few hours hand me father from all over em cheese searching, ask you, people on foot people on horseback people, tv's people with search dogs, dogs that were trained for other consent die. that were trained for tracking even cadaver dogs, even a helicopter. It won't a massive search rescue response, they searched the backing. They said the following day, bringing them even more resources, they searched day after that. Basically, searched for five days and the car, stop the search.
When the searches all came up empty, they began to wonder if this was more than lorry just being lost crime had been committed, the sheriff it papa sire and when we started fearing that we a crime scene that was being ample by horses in four wheelers, then fire trucks in the people who were searching. We end getting. It switched from the local sheriff you kentucky straight state, troopers and treasure handle bad because of being a police officer. She knew how you go about requesting it or something. Given what we know about lorry and the physical limitations, she lived with how be that she seemingly vanished into thin air, Lorries family has a few theories as to what could have happened to her
Kathleen informed us of an interaction than officer had with one of churches, neighbours, penny snap, So then the assumption was somebody picked her up, but in the first day or two of them search in one of the key. Neighbors. They had not done this. Cabin door messaging. that did not have running water or electricity. He had a generator anna, he was an answering well doable. people were home, but they won't answer the door, but then Please star there with a shed in it Ass from that house, he was shed where they could see smoke coming up. walk the path and went to the shed and the door just a little bit ajar and he glanced in it was just one police officer. He saw two
guys in there to mattresses With bedding and some I dont know if it was a stove or a bare arm, some sort of heat for but they were sitting around, he said it was dark in there and they had their hoodies up. So really get a close look at them and he asked They had seen this personal, they said no, and he didn't get their names and cheap moved on after that at some point they found out that, that particular neighbour has a son who was convicted sex, centre in colorado and had been reached. We on the news with being one of the top ten most wanted. I dont have
its criminal, your sex offenders or whatever, but they had some sort of thing that they would then over and over on tv. So she would out there and decided to- go further into hiding, and he went down to kentucky and was hiding in that Building with a friend of his who was also convicted child sex offenders. And the mother was allowing them to live in the shed hidden. They both were. for a while and violating their from a warm and so at some point, they were failure to register and when the policeman for them, they couldn't find them so now their hiding in Kentucky I happened to be there the day that mr went missing, but none of that means that they did
do anything for worry. However, when police were, down around like looking around for lorry and neighbors, they happen something that indicated hey marijuana, grow operation and turn information over to the dna and he came out and found that an arrested penny and When the prosecuting attorney was talking to penny snap about her charges. Her attorney was by her side prosecuting attorney said to Kenny. Now we ve got charges here. But if you could shed some light enough, you have the information, the lorry felt case. You know, pray We could work something out. There kidding attorney said she alma.
Didn't even have those last words out of her mouth before snap, leaned in and said, I get for immunity, and her attorney shut it down right, after that he said fanny this week minor fine here, it's nothing, you know just keep your mouth shut and will pay the fountains and be done and so they left without sharing any information, There reason to believe that mother. not only was harbouring details, but also with looking For immunity from our own crimes, Do you know she would give them information, the husband, not the father. That was it the time married to pet kenny snap, Joshua snap, I was told those first few days, I went out there right away, of course, and stayed with treasure.
We were looking for lorry and he had supposedly that day, right after the police recalled to the house. Then out on horseback for five hours and had said. Lady later you know he hadn't been on a horse in a long time, but that he went out to help For lorry and He was gone for about five hours and he was so for the next couple of days. He could hardly move and was on the couch now, while that could just from horseback back rating for lorry- it could also be, in my mind him covering up what had happened, that family property had cameras along the line all around the house and eight rottweiler. That would run their property
keeping anybody from wandering in husband over the road tracker. So here be gone, sometimes doing runs but other than that, then he would be home. I know it in point, my vision was absent. Choice. Now that has been to Kenny. because my husband and I had borrowed some metal different, and I was thinking laurie had gone towards the road very well. So probably a king cars go by few hours, but if had gone too road and gotten picked up or hit on action you know my mind was thinking if warrior with walking along the road and somebody accidently shudder or like them down, she would have easily. gotten into anybody's car, because she was just trusting at some point- you know that could have gone wrong for her and maybe her
jury or her. She added full alert. Bracelet she always wore. Maybe we would some proof that lorry had gone towards the road that will help us in knowing what happened or where he wept and joy do I came down the long believe dirt lane and looks at both of us out there with our matter? Metal detectors, And I couldn't see his face, but I'm assuming it was joshua snap driving at that point and he Pew now from them, bowling dirt. Driveway going the other direction throwing rocks kind of our direction and it just seemed like a very aggressive thing for him to do like he was angry and he
jumped on that all the way down the road, but it like a very angry agree. move for him to make towards us by doing that, It doesn't seem like somebody who would have just then you know being a good neighbour and out searching for this last woman the day before, or you know in the days before so then I felt like I suspect, that he knew something or had done something The Do you want to lose weight? the possibility that lorry got disoriented and flag down a car is high, but we can say for sure that this is exactly what happened. Seeing as there's no concrete evidence that this occurred, trichet, speak of an incident where lorry mistook neighbours car for her work bus. she has approached other neighbours. My neighbor had had told me that one day, boy I flagged down and said: are you my passion, You gonna take me to work on course my neighbors said no honey, I'm not sure, but you need to go wait. are your house because inside the boss. That would pick her up, what actually drive up online and pick right in front of the farm house. since you never even had to walk towards. roadway, so he's just speculation. What gives you know what, if she dead, fight down a car? What, if she flank them down and
for a wide it's possible because I say part because had done that with a neighbour. Lorries. Family strongly believes that penny snap and the two men she was harbouring in her shed know more about what happened to lorry to them. It seems to coincidental that their sister would go missing around the same time that these two individuals were on the run from law enforcement dive. I have to say you know, except for penny, but all the other members are truly wonderful neighbours. It my mind course we had no idea. She was harbouring these two guys back there and its also passed all that you know these two guys picked her up the I don't know it's hard for me to walk down that line of thinking. They might have thought about what they might have to do. we know that she has been intentionally hidden from us.
another thing that fuels the families belief in this theory is on the snap property. There was an area of soil that had been disturbed as if some one had play something underneath the dirt detective Immersion said he recalled, the ground being freshly disturbed when he first responded to the case to the car two years ago I had jumping up and down stepping on toast. Why wasn search warrant issued because you know that you got not necessarily, Back ten is not necessarily suspect, but she is clearly generally about to your witness. Pottering alai? You know that There were two guys in that shit. You might not know exactly who they were, but you suspect who they were
and this is clearly evident that they were living in the shadowy body. In the shed there's pa. Some pans. I mean a lot but like a little chair, they even had like gum a little battery. Powered radio, obviously the woods starving and and when they went back to find those two guys. It's as if Those two guys and when I mean like the burning, a store where in kind of arm disarray I literally know all there and they did not need they, and I cannot speech a why not because I have pushed and pushed and pushed around Chris Markham, who was the initial. Detective assigned a case, just insisted he did not have enough evidence. I am We argued about that because I said well. so what you have is circumstantial evidence, but
I'm stands shop is still on legally recognised form of evidence, even it's not the best for right. He wouldn't do it now. I will say this today: Chris Markham took over the case. I clearly remember- could he walked in the farm house door and I was I was really to see him because he locked professional, clean cut. He looked like. I expect turkey state. Trooper luck, and I was very relieved- and I asked him- I said detective Markham. how long have you been a detective six months, man, my heart, just talk to my stomach. Now that Not necessarily a bad thing, but when I I keep seen things like. Feel the need to do. Polygraphs I think that he had enough for a search warrant. I start that is a real problem
this day Kathleen still finds the behaviour of the neighbours to be suspicious. She told us more about a recent search that was conducted one, the queen put together that this sector, they're from colorado. Was now all over the news out there nowhere to be found, they thought this, mother lives right next to treasure and it turns out there two guys in the shed that were there that were questioned. Then they thought wow will go back and ask. any enjoy. Joshua snap. You know who the two young men that we're staying and the out building penny and joshua looked at them and said We don't know what you're talking about nobody, stay here, but us and the new that wasn't true because they had talked to the two guys, so
they knew then the penny and joshua Joshua we're going to lie about the fact. These two were there then something else that happen that the police had additional reason to believe that They had seen. Joshua snap in the area have documented that He was indeed in the area. So varies. Can stand, show evidence as kenny king for immunity penny and joshua mine the police, the fact that, Joshua way out back right after lorry disappeared, Supposedly looking for her and then there were subsequent searches with a crash, search dogs that were hitting all around that property. But Joshua, early on gotten mad
at a searcher. Who was honest property, and told them to get He didn't want any anymore search on his property and listened. Worn but they never got a warrant Lee. think in the last six weeks or so are private investigator working with the state troopers. Now, instead of. The local sheriff. had arranged for a search with dogs, and gotten permission from joshua snap, whose now divorced from penny and back kentucky and they did a search? The dogs hit iron an area, and they, He had heard stories from. Some of their informing and family members out in colorado. Thing about
car that had been tortured and then buried on the property and that there might be, a body in the trunk and- they didn't find the car, I believe, but nobody I didn't ever get police about what Actually they found out, I was told, is there was no body found. But the fact is, two years went by, I mean physical evidence to come by and then to make matters even worse. When they went and looked in the shed, and it was totally cleared out, like thing on their farm or on their land is cleared out. It's all filled with John and trash in whatever, but if one shed, is complete they cleared out
one theory that's been tossed around is if lorry could have seen something that picture interest and she wandered off getting lost in the process, if doesn't feel like. This is likely well the main reason that we do not believe that that would happen is that we had to real encourage lorry to move, like to get up out of the chair or sometimes I'd be visiting, I'd, say, look at that horse in the field, walk over to see it just trying to get her moving and she would say: well, you go ahead I'll just stay here, but if you ask like treasure, together moving with our so called caregiver and say, could you ask laurie, to bring a can of soup. A cabin and lorry would be thrilled to have a cask, so she would put a bag in lorries hand with a can of soup and send
up to the cabin an idiot hey Gloria while, but she would make it and she would stay and visit with trish for awhile, while Christian was cleaning and then tricia would say, morgan at the farm house, said she needed a cat of, and so she would hinder the bag and lorry having badge turn memory didn't recall that it carried that up and We gladly walk back down there, but she had bad knees, bad feet back ship was overweight, an equally winded and didn like to walk? She wouldn't have walk very far. voluntarily. She was fairly weak when it came to the door Then we were working on that, but would have been difficult, but she wouldn't have walked far and she wouldn't have walked off,
any path. Although, given the fact that there was something these activities. I see could have happened, but- You know if she had wandered into Field or in any area out there. The searchers Which included a couple of days after her disappearance included asia helicopter, they would, located her ass tricia if she believes that lorry could still be alive out there somewhere she's not alive her medical condition. She is she Acquired education to be taken now. Further your brother, Joe it all became too much. He told Melissa about how he was struggling. This was a couple of weeks, after maybe three after after my sister's disappearance, and I old up in key, and my brother was sitting outside having a cigarette on them. in front about house and he just he looked like he was I could tell that he was he was really really did right then So when I you know it to super height stressed time and he and he stood up and we

He said I've been having these terrible nightmare and another, other word that I would say not just distraught but like haunted like there was something really off if so and I've been put me arms around them in part. Just kids like I could see is falling apart and I didn't quite understood what what was happening- and I like anyway, he's me, then, I dont know how to I cannot handle this in turkey with almost like. You were saying things that I remember thinking that he have taken different man, there's something like he wasn't. He didn't say, sentence correctly or something like it was something that we need think he was off, but I just I'll them in and then
he started sobbing, which really cosette it that assist I'd. Never never happened before, and I just telling him- and he said you know I was- in charge of you, kids, who, with the oldest, obviously the other. brethren and took care of us, but when we were kids- and he said I was always this to protect- you guys, I'm supposed to protect you guys and now worry is gone and there is not a god one thing I can do. I can't I can't protect you and I I don't know what to do. He was just beside himself, you know, and he said I haven't slept in vain, because I- have these nightmares- and there like this- visit, nightmares and over and over again lorries dying in beaten and you're all dying, and I can't do anything about it. I just I can't live like this, like I can't like I'm
hi Joe had struggled with addiction over the years, periods where he did really well and then would end up relapsing saddle the family faced yet another tragedy when Joe passed away from an overdose during the summer following lorries disappearance. So when My brother died, I with them that really took charge of dealing with. Can I was is there in other than by while I was in madison, I could get my walk in Britain cats were both still if they were farther away and absorbed in things around lorries case, so I would say the kid who handled shows that I feel like at least my mind. Tat was an tried to support my dad through it So what happened to lorry felts on December sixteenth, two thousand. Sixteen did she simply become disoriented due to her traumatic, brain injury and wandered off and just hasn't been found
or did she fall victim to an unthinkable act at the hands of her neighbors, there's so many possibilities and missing pieces to this puzzle? We may never truly know the answer to any of these questions. Laurie felt she was last seen on December, twenty six, two thousand and sixteen in Cynthiana Kentucky at the time of her disappearance. She was fifty eight years old. She was five foot, nine inches tall and weighed around two hundred and thirty pounds. She has red, hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a winter coat that went down to her knees, a green shirt in dark, colored pants. She had a medical bracelet on her right wrist that gave her name and contact information. If you have any information regarding the disappearance of laurie felts, please call the kentucky state police at eight five, nine four, two eight one, two one two.
any school, doing very keen to talk about the camp because we know now that the motor and what pound of body I could walk between occurred in ancient time when he was very lucky to have survived that accident. My younger brother did not survive, but she sustained a traumatic brain injury that disabled her for the rest of her life. So she's always needed care and the forbid I think there were a number of missed opportunities. There is a possibility that laurie appeared or was picked up by somebody
He would have not lived very long without oliver medications and all the help that she needed, but that was our first. after we realized she didn't just walk away or else I've been found because the searches were pre
and so it was either somebody picked her up or somebody did something.
