seven of them. If c, o projects could win the day and a lot of people will tell you that this is the most valuable podcast that we ve ever created. If you agree, I appreciate, if you paid the fee, what's the fee, the fee is this: tell a friend make opposed share the show. I am the mother, fucking c e o
as always guys, I'm here my co host VON, the impaled, the pastor of design- stir what's goin on a man, things are good, would you call yourself a blue collar kind of guy for sure yeah, So so I was listening to burning nicholas this morning, which those of you who don't know it's a sports radio, show and sailors area- and he was tell me you guys, probably know about this- is probably a news, but there is apparently a major league baseball player whose really good- and it is in the off season- he's a plumber just simply cause he likes it. we're card- I mean: do you know anything about that? Now I don't buy. It makes sense because people that, like to work like fucking work, it doesn't matter if you workin out your primary thing, you're secondary thing, they're going to give a hundred per cent. everything they do actually just on a text out too I mean the team this morning about that. Ok nothing that somebody can say to you or anybody else. That's going to make you have that quality in yourself and I'm talking about you know, we talk about, pay attention, the details and I talk about wiping the piss off a toy.
the seeds or sweeping the floors? Perfectly or doing a little things to be done, and people think I'm in agitating? They think I'm making something an example for that makes sense at the time, but I'm not you know. If I have to go super fucking floor can be perfect five to go, do whatever it is, I'm going to do it the right way and people either have that quality or they don't and I personally believe it's an essential qualities. Success people enjoy the achievement. They enjoy doing thing. in accomplishing. They take pleasure and pride in what they do, whether it be something like hitting a baseball earth practicing or pitching or putting in a new toilet perfectly, so it doesn't leak. I think it makes total sense. You know, I think most people here that are like what
fuck are they talking about? That's crazy he's got millions of dollars right. That's why you don't have millions of dollars, because you don't fucking think right right. I figured you'd like that. I thought I thought it was just great in a in a mindset that is so prevalent is that you know most athletes. Well, I shouldn't say most athletes, but a lot of athletes would think that they were on that of the boy, was there too good for that core cities in the off season? Wiping toilets, clean and fixing pipes In other words, also, we set himself up her career after baseball yeah, it's true. I know a lot of guys won't plumbing companies that are fucking Malta, multimillionaires. Europe I learned how to be a plumber before you learn how to be a plumbing company yeah. So before we get to the You know our banter, we ve got a special tree for you guys here today we are going to talk about something that has to do with mental toughness productivity and getting shit done and because of we decided to bring on a special guessed you guys
you have been around the package for while will know exactly who I'm going to talk about your and suck it. So I like welcome ben newman to show our resident mental toughness expert. What's going on, madeira andy via man feels good. We write back here. You guys do you let we're gone old, school old school. Very fuck me ripened, no, not at all of us here at times there, nobody, nobody, nobody likes to be around tyler stylus birthday, those I I left about because it is his birthday feel too. Is it really a birthday? Oh man, how old are you now? Three one Jesus you still wetting your pants yeah. I mean I have no comeback, but there's still pass You know back to your story and I'm sure Ben agrees. You know out, all the successful people that you know best. Spent the last year, touring the? U s, speaking a bigger Speaking with a number big names, including jerry rice, re louis,
I mean some some accomplished accomplish. Athletes have. You ever met someone successful that doesn't have that quality in terms of like whatever they're doing they take pride in it, no matter, if it's something little or something big, I I I'll go as far as to say they love it yeah. You know I I. Bent over ten years, as some of you might remember, in the financial services industry and performed at a very, very high level, I live, I really enjoyed that work. But I shall never forget- and I think this is such a great lesson forever. Listening. I remember hearing a speaker any said. Typically, what holds you back as something good, and I just replay that. over and over and over and over again in my head, and I realized, because I was still growing the speaking company in the writing company. While having this other practice- and I said why am I trying the control do a little bit over here? I'll do a little bit over here, and I said go on all in whatever doors, open up and walk through those doors and the next thing you spending a hundred percent of my time. Writing and speaking in coaching- and that was it
I'm doing what I love. I have not worked in years, and I think there are too many people who are just held back today by what comfortable doing this show exactly and then they complain about their comfort. Roma. Don't complain that your comfort go. Do something about the fact that you're just comfortable and a lot of times that major league baseball player, that's probably what he really loves right and I'll I'll tell you our dear friend, tyron woodley, who you know when you think about you know no one at every day and get after mental toughness. All the amazing guess that have been on this show right. You think of tyrant and what he just didn't, this fight any time tired and I share the stage and speak tyrant always says people tell me, I'm a fighter, I'm not a fighter. Fighting is something I do twice a year. He goes, I'm an entrepreneur, I'm a father, I'm a businessman thats. What I love doing
do I love fighting yeah. I love it, but I only do it a couple of times a year. His real passion is stuff that has nothing to do with fighting yeah and I think that's interesting he's found just like this major league baseball player. Plumbing is probably that guys love not throwing a baseball or playing third base. Whatever position is so I think for everybody out there. If there's something holding you back, it might look good, but that good thing might be. What's keeping you from doing what you are really destined to do, one hundred percent agree. I think people, people people enjoy comfort, because that's what we're always told we're supposed to have we're supposed to be comforted we're supposed to feel good we're supposed have low stressed guys, If you have low stress, I can promise you another one thing you have low fucking performance too, because just a diamond is created by pressure, so the diamond in your performance- saw as the pinnacle performance. So you have these people who seek in and try to find the most comfortable situation.
For them, when really what they should be doing is trying to figure out how to leverage the most pressure on themselves. So that produce This is the highest level of performance. You know it's not a popular thing and most people, You know that look you when you say that you will find tat, I'm cool drink, but why? in my driveway, my fucking neighbours, but if you're somebody who's trying to be something else if you're trying to grow to a point where you want to become whatever it is, you want to become whether it's in your your personal life, whether it's in your, financial life, whether it's it's in anything you ve, gotta, live. We ve got to figure out how to be uncomfortable, and you ve gotta, learn to live in that place all the time. The One thing I know about every single person I ever talk to. I will consider successful dynamic. talking about somebody. You makes and grand here and then blows. Hungarian at the club, fuckin bottle service and then it's another ten grand and then No goes on this trip. That's not
success to me, I'm talking about you know enduring success. People who win it things that they do. whether that be their fitness, whether that be there there entrepreneur your ventures whether that be calm liked. Let's take tyrant, for example, tyrant, is a guy who just went out. Abashed that do fucking head and unfortunately and draw which I didn't agree with, but at this in time. You know that that dude if the same amount of effort to his family, the same efforts to his his entrepreneurial ventures, the same an effort to his fighting, there's, not things that he like, in his head he's like trying to live balancing out or how much effort he can give. If he's doing it he's doing all of it, everything can and that's the thing that I think people lose when they talk about. You know what they're to achieve, because people try to find the efficient way
You know what I mean and and because were used to trying to have to find the efficient way what we do is cutting off a lot of stuff right, like you're, trying to become aerodynamic and move through life at the the least amount of drag. Everybody thinks like that, but here's thing, you know those things that are the drag, that's where you are, It'd be fucking great were you learn how to you know you learn the new skill. You learn a new communication. You learn the new media weight, we're ties yourself you you learn all the new shit. They can help you evolve, but since everybody tries to but that off, because that's what we're taught right go through life. The least amount of resistance, the least amount of stress the least amount of of things that frustrate us. You end up getting to a spot where you got enough money to pay your bills, you got it off. Me too, you know, got dinner couple times a week, you're not starving, but you're not really you wanna be either and you don't know how you got there and that's
what happens whenever you don't developed that skill of giving a hundred percent might now be totally frank, as I know my guys. Listen to this package guys that I manage personally. My biggest frustration with them is that when I hard on them and push them, they run when I tell them but good job. They quit running and do that's a bad fuckin sign. You don't mean you should be kind of guy who runs as fast as you fucking can everything we'll day when you wake up in and get out of bed, because if you don't somebody is going to do that and you don't you. Should need someone to convince you that you should be better or can do more? You know and understand some people dont. Have the conference right. They don't have the belief and sometimes that's an issue like they don't believe they can achieve these big things. Are they don't believe that do more than what their parents date or what more than what their friends do so and so you know it's not an effort thing. It's a belief thing, but you know
you. Ve got to figure that out on your own, because if you don't believe in yourself, I can t nobody else, gonna! Believe in you, just the way the world works, we know tiring type. I was talking about be in the chair for two fucking years before he was the champ longer than that. I just ten years. I knew him for two years ten or that you want to and so you know ten years by, I think what people want is p but one I'm gonna be the champ. But I need to know that it's gonna happen tomorrow and people don't realize success, really comes down to having grit and what grit. I know a lot of people. Listening are gonna wanna hear this great is a series of monotonous behaviors, repeated over over and over and over and over again, when I share this view, ray lewis ray literally said he said I go to work on monday and tuesday and wednesday and thursday and friday, and then I would do it all over again monday, tuesday wednesday. It's every day, yes, it's not choosing a couple of days, I'm going to work and get some results, and I'm going to take some time off. Grid is monotonous, behavior every
but he knows exactly what they need to do and just grace- is the same thing: jerry rice at all, these successful people, they all say the same thing, Joe rice, said, give a hundred percent all the time. And he said there is no excuse for not giving a hundred percent when it's a hundred percent your choice. How could you to most people in your job? You know what you're supposed to do it on a daily basis, you choose to not follow through on what you need to do. That's a hundred percent on you. Yes, you know what it takes to look in the mirror at the end of the day and say I gave it a hundred percent, so why? Why is it that people resident guy like jerry rice, arguably the greatest football player to ever play no question, give a hundred percent all the time and people resist. I don't know. Is that possible and I'd say everybody out their heading in
closure year, strong but heading into two thousand and seventeen. When you hear a statement like that from what could I liked being pushed by the greatest to the great that somebody doing good, I give you an example. The greatest to the great whatever is holding you back, fear doubt uncertainty that companies to big they ve got more care. What can I do just let it go, let it go and just get after it stay focused on the things. They're gonna drive your success and do it every single day, not every couple days every single day, you know dude. You made a really good point there that I want to point out. You said you ought to be pushed by the greatest, like I had a guy and today you know it's no secret- that I've been working. My ass off this year to get back and shit and even recognize your work. I mean p We're started notice it on social. You know the people see me every day, they're like holy fuck man, but like abbot starting. People can see what I'm doing a job, because I want people. We part
this coming year, so they can do it on their own. You know mean punter pursue so anyway friend he's like he tax mutilation. dude so also music. You fucking kill that transformation relation unlike well? Well, I kill anything yet I'm like I'm still doing it. I say when I start making the look fucking stupid, then I'll say I killed it. You know but like he does, he think so He wrote back like like I joking, but am african. Joking, like I think people who win hold ourselves to the highest possible fucking standard of competition. You know, Joe, rises and hold himself to every other receiver, because jerry rice is already knows that he's better than them? So? What is he holding cell to? I want to be the greatest of all time. Sulphur not so much so that no one can ever flog catch me. You want me And how do I do that practice? Heart I play harder. I do everything harder. everybody else every day, not because a mixed I need to do it, but because I know
that's what I have to do to get the result, and you know, let's talk about fitness for a second right dude fitness is fuckin, pretty fuckin boring, especially when you, when you're fifty sixty hundred two hundred three hundred pounds overweight, because you're literally going the jam passing your ass eating these foods that you're not used to eating ok, you're making- all these changes and you look in the mirror, not seen a fuckin change and like do that's frustrating that is very, very hard to do it's hard to continue to do. You know when you get leaner and you get more in shape, you can literally see the results on a day by day basis, but when you're there much overweight, you can't so it takes it menace amount of faith in the work to know that it's gonna pan out for you, and you know, I think that when it comes that fitness in business and career so parallel and how they work, because
you're just saying you know, dude grit come do monotonous things over and over and over and over and over again right, and if you do that, like ray louis. I come in monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, Saturday and you're working as best you can do that needle is gonna fuckin move. and just because you can't see it move and it's fuckin still moving. You know just, like whenever you're you're fired how did you get the three? Fifty don't look down much different, you two three hundred You look a little bit different, but man when you get it we want a passer by mccoy fuck what you do, and that should takes time. It takes time you know, and no man, I've just My frustration lately has been people who cannot self starting and stay in motion. No, I can't relate to that. I don't understand it. I think one of the things. for the younger generation. That's listening! It's it's! What you're taught and sportsmen how many times
the progress here. Have we bitched about the fact that you get trophies just for showing on your right, so here these people who get into their jobs whatever Whatever your career is- and you expect a result tomorrow, because you gotta you get the same trophy. The kid you get first place got so there there's, no one to work harder, there's no incentive to take a look at a soccer gamer his ball game, it's a where my gaps where's my opportunity. What more can I do because they're brought up to say? Why would I do more when I get the same? Damn result at the end yeah. You know, I think, there's a lot to that, but you know you see you and I and and everybody at this table is old enough to know what happens. If you don't fuckin, do that you end up to be how many people do you see a day? Do we hear about through melbourne who are forty something years old. They haven't really been able. accomplish anything now they ve looked back They say world a fuckin time. Go you and it would be like that you know and I don't know what I did wrong and it's not that you did raw
it's that you just weren't, told the truth of how supposed to be an antenna. You right now that if you don't learn how to get a hundred per on every single thing that you do and taken pride in winning whether it's fucking when the dishes are whether its due in a multi billion dollar business deal, though the it is the win like I get excited about both those things, but if you can develop that opportunity, or that mentality to capitalize on an opportunity, every single time do you're not going to get very far when it comes to career life because there's no value, people like that. Do colleagues people who show up put in their time punched, o clock and base equally run shit, I'm on a maiden level there are due to a million people that can do that? If that's what you do, you have no fucking special skills, I'll care. What you think I don't care. What you say
told, there's a there's millions and millions of millions of people that can be train on a job to do something and maintain the course of action. The real value is the people who come to make an impact who come in and lead who come in and develop more leaders. They take ownership. Yes, like do like it's, it's it's so hard for me to understand how you can understand that you know in forever and still you know, I see people who think that because they ve been in a situation for a certain amount of time that there are entitled to something you're, not fucking, I'll do anything and in fact, if you have that that idea, about the way things work. Let me tell you: what's gonna happen now the two is going to come around you're going to be in your situation, you're going to say him and I'm next in line you know, I've got I gotta made I've been here for seven years on children the younger dude and yours performance is gonna, be slipping, celebrity slimness, Leben young hundreds
Gonna come in with their hunger in the fire it's gonna be win, win, win win in and when it comes down to that decision here's, what conversation sounds like. While we have these two guys we're looking at moving up in the company so it has been over seven years since I've been here for six months you know flock in six months. Stupid, busted, ass and he's hot he's. Hungary's hustling, you know he's on it now. last six months, this guy has been over seven years really slipping like I don't think he's gonna come in with the right fire enthusiasm get it done. You know, what's going to happen, You're gonna miss your shot, you gonna always perform. You can always be your best Gonna always do the most. You possibly can, if you don't do that the opportunity here, performing at a high level at any given time there's opportunities that slider your life, that you're gonna miss and it happens duty anybody who seventy years old, how many for is a mess. Because of that concept, I guarantee you that
We all have a list, a mile, long of shit they could have done had they been doing the shit they need to do at that time. Now they buy not I'll, admit it, but I get to you impact them in a way. I do I do it s my dad, my dazzlingly go yet I could have done this a citizen s you're my dad was quarter.
What and successful person you know. So so we're fifteen minutes into this, and you guys have already dropped to farms and spit fire and you're going like an eighteen wheeler. But let me let me back up just for a second and if, if possible, let's formalised this discussion, a little better, because we we obviously tackle a bit before the podcast about talking about what goes into just cut us starting from scratch and talking about what goes into a successful person which is, of course, what you ve already been talking about. But what is the anatomy of an outlier because that's what the aim of ceo project is all about its about being unique among you know mediocrity, so, and if we do that, if we start, if we rube reboot and start over success begins, I've heard you say it again and again in the mind. So I would love to hear what you have to say about principles and practices for how to enlarge your view of your own potential and then also maybe, along with that is clear. Thinking from
What have you guys on? How do you? How do you approach goals in a high had he approached goals and dreams that that really mean something from my experience most people have no clue what they want to do. You know if you ask them what they want to do. You know on the spot, though, make something up like that. With this dear and headlights. Look, then you norms and in their make its shit up like as you're standing there and the sad part about like the way people think is that they are not so king five years down the road or ten years down the road, because they think that's a millionaire. down the road of reality. Think about that. After five years of your life I mean do. I could tell you my whereby, in the blink of an eye, the last ten years right, most people don't think,
like that, but you can make a tremendous amount of progress and that in that time you know, I think, most people, severely severely severely, underestimate the amount of address that can be made in five years and they overestimate the amount of time, illicit can be made in five months and I think that's what fucks with people's heads so much, because they are just they they. They should switch those two and a be on the right track, and you know the fact of the matter is that most people you know their their concern about friday night, the concern about saturday, night or sundays, plans you know to go to homes, poland, dead, bath beyond have a nice little saturday. You know they're, not thinking about their next five fast, can years and what is going to take on a day by day basis to get there, and I think that I don't really know why people do that. I think that, may did I haven't done the personal development work that I've donner that that Ben you ve donner VON you ve done to think ahead. Maybe they think they're not troll. Maybe they don't believe because of the
environment that there in that they can act, we achieve more, but there is no question that, if you're not thinking about your future, if you're not thinking about what you want to achieve: you're, not visualizing yourself being in all situations and teaching yourself how to believe that you are going to be in a situation. It will never ever happen for you. So practically, though, how have you done that me? You wheat what about vision words rather episodes yeah? I do I do things. I do all the cheesy shit that you read about. You know like. I have vision boards and I have you know I do in the morning and night routines. You know at night one the biggest thing I use visualize myself at night, and I still do this and I'll tell a story about this. Your back in two thousand five, six, seven! That's! When I start learning about! the visualization and I started I don't really believe in it, but I'm like fucking. What's gonna hurt try, so
I sort of visualizing myself in this is back when I was driving a two thousand for daydream, our eye, and indeed I was a great Not for me. I loved it, I'm not saying it was bad, but my life has changed pre drastically since then, and I used to you- know visualize myself, I visualize I visualize myself pulling up to a private I'm in a lamborghini, ok I would try to see it and I would like to look out laughed and I would like visualize the door going up. I try to see the color of the lamborghini guinea. I I would walk up to the plain, and I would like the hand all going up. The stairs like like now try to see like the chrome, and then I will try to walk in the play like see the detail and try to me you're a real vision, not like it. challenging to do that. If you ve ever tried doing it, it's really fucking heart, but it's important, because
you're doing your graining, this this belief in your greening, the stream in your brain and there's lots, the things that are powerful. We can talk about here in a minute that have to do with that the other thing I would see in this is back when I was bare. He's getting paid. Six hundred ninety five dollars a month, so no reason, I can believe that, like I am really gonna be five: a lamborghini guinea, I'm really gonna be in a flight or on a private jets. The other thing I would work Visualize was me speaking too big crowd, ok and them all clapping and and cheering after I got on speaking. So that's what I would always try to visualize now try to see the people in the crowd. I would try to see like their wide there were black if their asian, our trust To close, I would try to see like that, their man their woman like I would try to see and it's very hard, do- and I challenge you guys are trying see things in the detail that I'm talking about for yourself because it I do not have the same dream over
over and over and over not dream of vision, purpose fully for years and back when I had no reason to think those things like. I know reason illogically, believe that I could do those things are that, but you know what working life is like now, a fucking lamborghini fucking day. I have flown for sure, but one time in the last three years, and I speak to people of working time and usually they fund, clap and sell. Just say like there's a lot of power that in an you can't you know, people call them retraction, some people call god so people call it this or that whatever, whatever the fuck you want to call it. There is metaphysical, it's quantum physical, which there is quantum physical proof of these things actually doing this. But I can give you a ton of examples. Like this, that we talk about the power of visualization. Can I unpack? I unpack. I think I think it's really powerful of everybody.
his following, what andy saying is that he took an opportunity to paint under the canvas of his imagination, exactly the life that he would have and we're not talking about twenty thirty years ago, but then what happened? it was a choice. It was a choice and he had to say I'm either going to take it, I'm going to pull it down. I'm gonna put it right in front of my face and I'm going to do something about it every day or I'm going gonna wait. but I'm to step up the sky and say one day. Maybe this will happen, there's big difference, If your visualizing and just praying that something's gonna happen, it takes prayer and it takes work. You know the mental toughness book that we use that everybody I mean it's been given so many times on the pod case, but free play burger united that free play book that net go get it. It's the six proven mental training tools, everything Andy just told you you can go through that entire acts. Periods for yourself in the play book. I was just thinking of the. I am statement threat that
I am statements are so powerful, so I'll sharing example about that, because it's the same thing and what I want to Duke, as this is a key component. I know andy does this because he pushes himself to be around great individuals. That are great powerful example. So I'm gonna share. A lot of things was lot at times. Idle talk a lot about me, but I'm gonna Do this and I want everybody to pay attention, because what I share after I tell you some of the things that have happened are the most important thing that keep my ego and check and keep me work in every single day, six years ago yesterday I went back to my high school le do high school and I went back there because one of my coaches- it my former head coach. He was it was the assistant at the time and he said bessy said: will you come and give a pre game speech for the basketball team replant parkway central there right?
number, thirteen in the city or number ten in the city whatever was- and he says that, like the team is underperforming, come give a speech and I went not fired up that team to connect to the hard work it would take to go and make some happened that night they won that basketball game they not. That was my first talk, my first work in a locker, my first real work with athletes only six years ago and shit, only thereafter and I am statement. I started telling us I am the performance coach for professional and collegiate athletes and I am the motivator to empower inspire high performers to work with guys that are at the top of their game in business top their game in sports. And I don't say this to impress anywhere now you're saying now clear, I'm just to clarify this He saying these things before we only given one talk. One talk, ok, member mohammed Ali man. You know believing as I do I was the greatest before I even was the greatest- and now you fast forward six,
years because I think what happens is people have this disconnect. I'm have to wait to get getting a dui. I really love that example, but it might take thirty forty years for meat ever get there. So in six years- and I say this- humble everybody- I've had the opportunity to party with the patient It's on the field after their last superbowl Ivan nationals, if it should bring with the north Dakota state buys- and I meant- or almost eight seen players in the nfl. I now work with guys in the nba professional gulf pick a sport guys performing at their highest level. Having impacted championships americans in high school, all americans in college, but here's the coolest part of this. I still push myself every single day by having the right mentor so I just shared some of the successes but check this out this past year. I was at the nest he'll championship game with the north. Dakota state buys and that's the team Carson whence was the quarterback. Now at the eagles we were going for a fifth street national, title saturday gnp. the seventh and first go texas.
I'm on the sidelines fire in the team up preparing them to go out and do something that has never been done. We won that football game My mentor guy named John Gordon, was on the sidelines of the national championship, with clemson on gene. Where the ninth monday night and those of the types of things. When I look back and say I got the right mentor It's a mentor where I'm with the team competing for an f c est championship he's there with the fbi, s team clubs in the top of the top in the country, north dakota states put not unbelievable nfl players, but that's fbi, versus fc us and I looked back and I'll, never forget it. I sent my mentor john attacks and I said thank you. Thank you for being an exam. Couple of showing me what it always means to get to the next level and I've been jason John. Ever since we spoke for the first time together in two thousand and nine, and he keeps growing and growing
growing, and you know what I pray. I never catches ass, because if I never catch him, you are going to continue to grow and push myself, and I think that's the key. You have to have a visual if you have to have ever visualization, where you want to go believe in yourself with those I am statements. Just like tyrant, said. I'm gonna be the greatest wealth wait to ever walked the face of the earth before he was to champion, went right. It's so- insists- that with all of these great individuals, but you make sure you stay humble and you stay hungry and you around yourself with people that are going to push you so that when you have great success, you recognize you're just getting started. So let me jump into. I have This is something I kind of like thinking about in my mind as you're talking and I've been thinking about this in the last few months. To is people here that right and they just have problems with the belief part. Like you know: people their dad, always told they were shit. Everybody
I told their shit blah blah blah blah blah. They have every fuckin excuse to not believe you know for me that. where had. I can relate to that a lot because of the fitness journey that I was on. I started this year at three hundred and thirty five pounds I and completely fat fuck, and I even though I have been in tremendous shape many many times in my life, I had a very hard, time believing tat. I was going to be able to do that again at that point. Ok right now, I'm pretty fuckin mean a two hundred and sixty seven pounds tourists, somehow twitter, steel, sex, appeal, baby right that you know and people are like wow, that's a lot to be lean. While I'm fucking lean dude, I'm built like a fucking nfl football player. Alright, here's the deal! You may not believe right now, you may not
I believe that you can do these things. You may hear us speak and think yeah, but I don't the skill or yeah, but my I'm told me I was shit or yeah, but I come from a trailer. Whatever it is that you tell yourself, but here's the thing the work always comes before the belief all right, sir. What you need to do and what I mean by that is that you are going to have to do. Tremendous amount of work before you were truly start believing in your heart that what you're going to be able to do is achievable right What I mean by that is that You got a model. Somebody you ve gotta go find, somebody has done what you ve done, you ve gotta go: ask somebody like Ben. Has his mentor find somebody is doing what want to do and you have to mimic those actions trusting that they're going to produce that result. Even though
You may not believe at that time. There's gonna happen. Here's what's gonna happen, you're an inn Your way forward, you're, going to inch your way forward are going to ensure a forward are going to ensure a forward and all of a sudden you're going to look in the mirror. You're going to look at your bank account. Are you going to look at whatever it is you're? Looking at your salary fuck, it's working and you're going to have a little bit of eleaf, okay and then you're going to work and you're gonna, work and you're going to work and guess, what's going to happen, it's going to work some more and then you can have a little more belief. Okay, so I understand that the work is gonna come before them. leaf and doing the I am statements is helping you to believe. Even if you don't fucking believe it, you see what I mean, and I think people overlook that concept. A lot, because I I feel like I get that question a lot they're like anti white, I get it, but man I just have a really hard time, seeing it or believe in it, so
in here, in your thoughts, richard dead spot on it brings up something that I forgot to mention was what I've actually done every day over these lex last six years I actually broke down that every day. I call on points of contact my voice needs to be heard out in the marketplace at a minimum twenty times a day. That means and he goes hey. I got a buddy you you know. Maybe you need to go to us fucking gigs, I'm going to send an email to him or I'm going to connect with this athlete or this athletes says you should get twenty times a day. I am active, sending emails text messages, making phone calls every single day monday friday every day in a lot of times are still carry over because in my business working all the time, but every day twenty points of contact and what that's done think about that I'm pounded day over dales. It creates opportunity, it's no different than go in the gym. and he says if I'm going to lose weight, I'm not going to walk in and stare at the weights, know you're going to say here the reps that I need to do
I want to lose this way. Here's the number of sets the number of reps on this exercise. Number of sets number reps on this exercise and Andy gets committed here. now do and all the reps you're not going insane. Oh I'm! So too do twelve here, but six felt good. Today no I'll right, you're right, you're, good! You do the extra right. So I think that it is to have these big goals recognize you can identify the work it's gonna. Take. You may not like what that work looks like. I may not like every day, still waking up still doing twenty points of contact every day, but it's what creates the apprehended in le think about this and I'll just be for both of us, because I know I can on this, how fuckin gladder you that you did that like how, how good you think! I feel that I fuck it took this year and did the work I need to do. You know the first three months I lost fuckin like ape How can I do I didn't look any different I still showed up everyday fuckin did it because I knew eventually she was. The star movie. Indeed, people can relate to that would like fitness. I think people can really is hard as it is.
fitness for people to understand it. They can grasp it, but they can't grasp it when it comes to their career. Have such a heart much harder time. It's same fucking thing dude. If you send enough emails, you make enough calls if you do enough meetings, if you shake enough hands, if you do enough, eventually things are going to start clicking people you know and, of course, there's practical skills behind your actions like you can't just be a dumb fuck. Sending these stupid emails, but you get what I'm saying you know. I think I think it comes down to it. It's every day a c, I a big for you, the differences Ben you ve decided to no longer look at three hundred and thirty. Five pounds is a number you ve said today im going to do something about that three. Thirty, five yeah and when I get done doing something about it today and tomorrow shows up, I'm gonna do something about it again, yeah and then the next time. I do something again and he's nuts it near say and paying too much it's from now, this is what's going to be there. No you're saying I'm going to worry about today, which is right, fall in love with the process when the day and that's what the twenty p
sees means to me? That's my opportunity to win the day because of I do eighteen, the only guy It's gonna look in the mirror at the end of the day, you know if he did or didn't do what he said he was going to do in order to get to where he wants to go. To. Is me and follow through and do it it's winning the day. That's it do that. That really is- and this brings up a good point- for me, because I want to talk about this anyway to day. You know I spoke about this before I talk about it. Every I speak. I speak about it. It's so fucking, simple that people look at me. Innerlochy we'll know shit, but why don't you fucking? Do it What, when we talk about the powerless? Ok, I have I've been using for twenty seventeen fucking years. Are I it's called the powerless. and if you heard of it before you know what I'm a talk about for the next five minutes, if you hadn't What is it this is gonna, be there Finally, as your fucking life right, here's the deal every single day you ve got to win the day ben, and I use the phrase all the time. I can't tell you
how many times I text my due to call my deeds are call people are taught my look dune just when today just worry about, today make a habit of winning today and that's what the powerless does it helps you win the day. so when you first starting out on a goal, whether it be business, whether be fitness it. Is it doesn't matter your enterprise says of changing your actions. You are in the process of changing things that are so ingrained into your brain that anything. seems like tremendous discomfort. Tremendous work right. It's a pain in the ass, that is normal, Everything is not just you, it's not just a yo, yo our goals. Are your situation? Every single person who ever attempts to get in shape, who ever attempts to build a new company or progress in their career, goes through that process because your boy, making habits are right and replacing them with new ones. So, one day one the way the
will this works. Is this your take on a sheet of paper, you're gonna right at the top day, one monday right and let's just for just for argument's sake. I'm going to make up some points, you're going to take the list you're going to number one, two, three, four, five down the page: alright, and you're gonna put in those spaces. Five critical tasks that you're going to do that day. It, is important. I see people misusing the powerless they're, putting powerless and are putting my goals underneath this not fucking goal This is this is a watch. The cure you dont yeah, it's a choice is actually all actionable things that you are going to do all right. So our january first Two thousand and sixteen this is what mine most likely look like. I could go back and find it, but I'm just going to tell you where to look like Do cardio for forty minutes, lift chest
as everybody knows, Monday's international chest, they are, I saw a six you know six meals dinner on my programme right, then I'm going to call this person about this project and have a conversation with them. I'm going to read my five to ten. ten pages, because I was out of the habit of reading at that time now as I do those things. So, after all my cardio, I'm going to go through drama, draw lighter it. This is important as I after I get done, lifting my weights, I'm going to go through. I'm gonna draw a line through it all right after I eat The last meal of the day where I didn't cheat and I didn't eat shit, I'm going to go through and draw a line through it an order of doom order, she's the things I've gotta do critical test that will move you forward.
we not talking about brush your teeth, we're talking to unless you have a problem, brushing your teeth. You know, if it's a problem for you go ahead and put it in their own right, but I'll explain why this is important in a second I'm. After all, after I make my phone call and talk to you know this business opportunity to have that cumbersome across it off alright? After I do all my things from across it off and at the end of those five things, guess what I put a w on the page for when alright. Now I want to bring a couple of things, dear attention, one every always ass welcome. I don't put eighteen things on there. This is why You don't put eighteen things on their because you can't fucking do eighteen critical tasks and adapt it. Does it you're not that discipline to get all those things done every single day, so we're gonna, keep it real. Fuckin simple. All we want to do is take the needle forward a little bit
If I do those five things that was a win go to the next day same things. Alright, let me let me let me cut you off and then turn the mic right back to you. Want everybody to capture this because Andy cities, hearing that when people are utilised. this power list that they're putting goals up on the board. What you did not hear- and he says today- I'm gonna a million dollars in my business, no, no, it's the phone call that he can control that might lead to That's right. The only thing he can control is picking up the phone and making the phone call to have that interaction with somebody that might lead to business right. These aren't goals. It's not a model. lose ten pounds today, it's no I'm gonna go to the gym, I'm going to choose to work out, and then I want to choose to eat six meals, everything I mentioned one hundred percent of choice, you do it or you do it's things that that are actionable steps that you can do alright, they're not dependent on other people. Okay, so you flip, you know, let's just flip,
we real quick. I go through first, let's say: thirty days or my programme, those the this is gonna look pretty much the same, because I I need to get in the habit of doing those things. All right! So now, thirty days in I looked back, and I see All these crosses in all these Debbie's, like all cross. Also, listen all these dubious. So what am I doing? I'm creating momentum creating momentum, then things that I didn't believe I could do, and when create momentum and things you didn't believe you could do guess what starts to happen. You start to believe it. Ok, so Let's say thirty days in my list. It's pretty much the same. I look back at it. It's five critical fastened. pretty much the same task. You know that call somebody might be meet somebody the red ten pages I might have got Can I have a little faster, so I changed that, but that's what I want to bring up once the thing
that you put on their become natural, for you were you? Like you, don't need to write them down anymore. That's when you see putting them on the list because they are your head knew how it's you don't need a reminder. Do those things you don't need to cross. Close things off because you gonna fuckin doing ok. So, let's, let's fast forward to thirty days in, I'm doing cardio everyday. I feel good about that. I'm gonna, do it every day. Is I'm feeling good I'm eating good everyday swear. I got two extra spaces are struggling. My It still because I am wrong- we still sort I'm little injured because I haven't lifted in a while something to keep that on there. Alright. So now I've got to other spaces to fill in there. So I take off the cardio. I take off the meals, because those are new habits that I've accept I'm doing them automatically and a new list and the list would be. I took for ten pages
two, because I'm back and I had a son. I have actually got three more slots for critical tass. Ok, so since I got my fitness in control, I'm still gonna write. The five task, no more than five and I'm gonna write in you know, call this person about that, because I always want to move for my business and I don't want to ever take that for granted. Ever I'm going to say you know, go meet this, person about that. I'm going say. You know make a podcast today start the podcast. Today I want to say you know: go do this charitable, action today and the union of san sombre include new lists to help expand the other areas. Now that I've got this area in grain is a habit and what this does
guys it's allows you to conquer little areas of your life at a time and and get to the point where you want to go. Ok, the biggest the people have whenever they try to do something as they try to fucking everything. We're motorway. Work cited. You know why I'm here start my diet, I'm going to lift weights, I'm going to fucking become a billionaire I'm going to become mr fucking charity. I'm going to Do this on become super dead and you know what, happens, fucking nothing because you don't take the time to actually go to this process of letting these things start to. Grain themselves in your thoughts in your actions on a daily basis, because, when you winning every day, guys you're doing things, you started develop something called confidence. Ok, incompetence where you can lay down at night enclosure fucking eyes and see the vision that you want to see an action? We believe that you're gonna be able to achieve. It am
is the tool I use. This is the tool I show everybody. This is the tool I've been using. I have the same fucking know put from too thousand and five when I, when I got a real official notebook replaced the pages, it looks, it'll torrent I do, but you know what I'm never getting rid of the mother fucker, because it's been whitney the whole fucking journey. Here's another principle that you've shared with me that relates to the powerless that you haven't mentioned yet, and that is that I remember you and I were talking one time and I said oh yeah, I got my powerless done, but I I done by like eleven o clock in the morning, so I must not have done it right now, you're learner. I did not at all this free time right. If you want the day by fucking noon, guess what you got the rest, enjoy your fucking life, your that's. Do that's a common mistake. The people. Do we I know I hear this. I know you hear this all fucking time. Then what will sleep? I can't sleep. I got it. To be awake. I gotta go to bed at one and wake up to a lot of fucking. You know
We await twenty seven hours day, like all these instagram fuck faces, tell everybody it's not true, sleep, a shit load. I fuck off a shit load, You know what I'd do. First, all this shit, my power list. Are you know a move forward a little bit every single day? There's it's a basic concepts, the tortoise in the hare man, we all heard the shit we're little kids, who has the tories and the hair. I mean some, you the fuckers not heard it, but let's, let's be real. This is the on game. This is long. This is in the long game. If you do why we're talking about here and you actually to focus on winning every single day, because a lot of people will working, say already hell, utilizing the powerless you, you know, the powerless mother fucker, you did it for like a month, then you quit. This is
something I do every day of my life every day. Still to this day. Ok, you, if you'd, give a purposeful effort in the wind in your day that that long game will become very short, very quick. Ok that you know like ban, was saying the vision of forty years there's no other become for years, because most people can focus on it. day to day basis to actually win seven days a week. I promise you that if you Do this powerless, the right wing and huge- and you can do it for I fucking year straight, you will now you will not be a year ahead. You will be five fucking years ahead of where you were today plants, and I guarantee you, though, be sending you a thank you, email saying. I just cannot believe that one year of staying committed to something yielded, this type, change by dude. It's like what I said him a couple minutes ago. People on
I estimate the amount of progress that can make a year and overestimate the amount of progress has been made to three months, invited you- and I said I didn't save results. I said change in your life dude, it's it's a real change, its announced today. That's the cool and here like anybody, can could stick to die for ninety fuckin days and be brutal about it. Not many people can live. Actually changed their fucking habits or go from somebody who is an unproductive intervene, joel to somebody who's, extremely productive, Somebody who brings extreme value you know you might be. This person listening right now, you might be the laws told you pull your company, but I the promise you if you utilise what talking about here. You will fucking, beat five fucking position above where you are by this time next year, because the other guys are doing it in We're not going to do anything like it. It's the ultimate fuckin tool, its ultimate, it's the best thing you pass. We do you know you want. My secret, like everybody's got, therefore,
in little pop by my secret dude out that if I were charged for it, should be like two million fucking dollars, brown give it to fuckin free. Actually, I'm not give it to you for free, I'm giving it to you in trust that you're going to tell your friends about the podcast comes to south, and then I can you know and then it'll compound from there but dude I mean you got your own version of this that we talk about all the time. I call I call it a prize fighter data. This is the exact same thing and I actually take you to another individual who has helped shape my thinking coaching and he was a director sports psychology for the cardinals from oh six to eleven to world series titles. His name is doctor jason self. He teaches the same thing focus on three, things, a day's reasons airy so many but the This is a point in its simple right. His is three minds three years I thought, but at the end of the day it's focusing on things you can
you draw, but jason always says making yourself uncomfortable speeds up the process of mental toughness. So when you pick these things after me, you uncomfortable? It's not things that are like super easy right. It's not andy saying I'm gonna eat one piece of fruit. Today, because then I'll think healthy, not for the city. Yes, if he wanted to clear critical test gets at mean six times a day. I have to be in touch. It's not about what I eat. Now, I'm going to eat an apple today and if I eat an app I'm going to feel really healthy by the end of the day and I'm gonna start dropping pounds know it's it's about hundred percent. What you just said, it's about five times a day, doing some it's a little bit uncomfortable nobody likes picking it phone call somebody they don't want. They never talk to before. It's weird is fuck. It I'm a foot. The world class salesman you are now a story like it, so you sure What are you gonna like it? It's gonna be a comfortable.
This is the way it is you gonna. Do it? Ok, but I forced myself to do it. Ben forced himself. Do it anybody jerry rice? Didn't Fuckin like running those fuckin sand dunes, he'll like that shit. So what when jerry- and I spent time together was it was unbelievable. I mean when you heard him talk about his relationship with bill walsh and the amount of focus that he had and the extra work that he put it bill Walsh had to shorten the practice field, because every time jerry rice would catch a ball in practice. He would run it back to the ends on as if it was touch them. So if their practice on the other twenty he's, the catch, a little slant pass. It he's gonna, run eighty yards and finally bill while said jerry, we're short in the practice. you, gotta, stop this. You ve gotta, stop running every ball. He did ever eat just extra extra. He talk about war, cruz. He said man because I never believed in a walk through. He said I don't understand what to walk through. Was I go full pace and walk through coach while should be like cherokee,
slow down the walkway living, but what when you went for patient wachter how the other players After all he said everybody else would pick it up exactly, but here's the key when you put in the work right when you do the disciplines, everything slows down for you That was one of the big takeaways I had with jerry was, if I give more in practice, if I give more in my craft andy saying, if I read ten pages, why are you reading ten pages because you want to? get better than guess what you're going to learn, something in those ten pages. That's gonna turn around in your is this when you see something black holy cow? I've worked on this. I've read this. I read about this entrepreneurial faces while not just slow down from, you can actually make a better sound decision, because I'm constantly learning trying to get better have already seen that, as I have already seen that scenario, if somebody else's life, which means I'm not gonna, fuck it up, it myself a million bucks. You know what in that comes from ten days, the ten pages a day. Do you guys- have to realise that do
doing these things like the we're talking about here. This isn't like because everybody's, like oh fuck, a power list yeah like get all excited and shit, and I'm like well before you even doing it because you are the same mother fucker. That was my page six months ago. look in the same act in the same posted, the same shit, you're saying and I know people there I fucking do the powerless. They aren't the fucking same, they grow they change because they have no choice just the way it is yeah. So I don't think we can end this podcast without raising another issue and I'm cheating a little bit because I'm going to give people a little bit of a a tiny little bit of it
I'd into your upcoming motivation book. If that's? Ok, that's fine! Ok! So so you have said before that. One of the things that makes a difference between the mediocre and the truly successful is the mediocre. By into this lie of setting manageable goals, look man everybody's got their way and, and Here's so we talked about a minute ago like your goals right and how Don't use the powerless for fucking goals, what people do when they fuck the power stop as they put their fucking goals in there. You know what I'm saying and they don't put the action steps in there. So they put these fucking goals in there. in no make a powerless. I seen some online powerless. For the week? No, there is no fuck a powerless for the weak, there's powerless for the fucking day, because.
you're powerless for the week, you only got five things on it. Then you waste six fucking days right. So a lot of people will teach this well, you know you got a bill coming, It's so we're going to set the small goals to see you could actually start to build. Some coffee know find somebody the achieving in a fucking gigantic level model their behaviour, and when you start to see the results, you will are to have confidence, because you'll see things working to many people How many people set these goals that are easily attainable thinking it's further betterment of having confidence but is that what that does, when you set small goals, is that when you go to visualize or you go to think about what you a b. Five years from now, you take a look at small. You know, think of all the possible things that have been created in our world fucking look at the airplane man. The airplane was a passable. It was possible to fly.
like a bird through sky was fucking impossible, but you know what the right brothers believed that it was possible, but they had an impossible goal and if you dont have impassable goal you'll never achieve impossible. Feats the way works. Okay, if you I want to be in the nfl, you wanna be a professional sports cast or you wanna be a fuckin billionaire. You, you fucking believe it at the beginning. Because it ain't going to happen. If you start doing, you know, I want to make twenty thousand a year now make thirty, and then you know what to make forty. We don't have that much time. You've got to think big. You've got gotta, have big actions. You've gotta make the big phone calls you've got to make the beginner. actions you ve gotta have fuckin paul's. Do that shit, because if you do Not only will you not believe in it and now only will never happen, but you're gonna end with a life that you didn't really want whips
with people. You don't really like. You know with money that you wish to have more of a house, that you wish you didn't live in, you know I'll, be as you are suddenly small goals. Don't pay your goals off what fucking people think you you'd want or what your neighbours have or what? What the fuck do? You want? You want what the two thoughts I think I'll. Ask those big goals aspire: big actions, big ashes, produce big results. The thought that you do you mention the book again a preview, but we play to the level of our goals, and I think this incredible tat. I also like the fact Today, in the in the chapel, you talk about how when people say, sat manageable goals. This really insulting is available. Today saying, I don't believe in you, I believe we really believe in your potential, and you know what I don't worry myself, either because I believe it myself. I would know those things are possible. You have to be careful people who say that, because that I get a lot of flax,
most people will argue with me though say no small obtainable goals are much better know they're, not in say I'll say: why do you think that no say well because you'd, all these p, don't really believe in themselves, while a blot will. I just fucking, told you ve. Ten minutes ago that the work comes before the belief. so you gotta find somebody who's doing the shit on the level that you want to be on and do what they do. You model them. You robot every fucking great. Quote behaviour, specialist motivational speaker, whatever the fuck, you want to call on all model people, you think I'd model people you don't mean everybody models. Other people- that's ok, but you had to say behaving in those when those matters and world but as you start producing similar results and then what's going happen, you're belief, its surest fucking, be a lot better than you believe in these big goals from this big persons achieve the shit you really want, then you believe in you can make fuckin thirty grand a year, because that's what you're, fuckin high school teacher told you she I'm sam,
small gold, small tables, that's let you off the hook. That's let you that's what you do the minimal so that you can get the minimal. in all this package, isn't for those motherfuckers at that you project or final podcast. This park, yes for people that want to do big shit, who want to be at the top their game who want to make millions of fucking dollars who want to be great parents who want to be able to teach our kids? how to handle themselves and succeed in this world. You don't mean absolute. This is fucking pussies. It's always In that way, it's always gonna. Be that way. So if you want such small, tenable goals and that's what your little fucking delicate flower self thinks is the basque go. Do that, but the rest of us. we'll be enjoying our lives doing the cool fuckin shit. Do we want to do right right, I mean nobody gave me permission to fuck and start a podcast where one of the top podcast in the fucking world. Right now, nobody gave me, you know Nobody told me all. We can create a fuckin. You know now
figure, fuckin business out of luck and sullen vitamins and whistled seven box, the first fucking day, people laugh at you, of course, but due to step in- and this is the other thing like mentor, I'm still trying to get better. I've still try out it gives them the bits of the bees. I'm trying to be an elms and try to be in the bees you know and when I tell people that now guess what the reactions the same, that's her laughing faces. You know fuck animal fuck, you come if I can do it Now we ve come this far, there's a reason I can get to that level and did that's what happens like do you think I'd have confidence in myself? If I had not, you know, believed because I was taking these big I know: I've been on her lips: let's open, maybe
one more store, maybe two more stores and that'll, be it you know and we'll just kind of like live like corona commercial chill. I don't fucking want that. I want to be the fucking best. You know what I mean and that's that's. The conference comes from those big goals like I believe that you really like I'm not saying this for show like, I believe, like you all know that I have recommended loved a detailed action. We'll take away really a challenge. Everybody listening is number one. What is it that you really want right? If you were to hold nothing back? What is it that you really want right? Andy shared examples of being come. please. Let me just a true visualization of what is success would look like he hid it now. There's a bigger visualization! so write down the exact goals of where you want to go and then start putting a powerless to it. Every day, right, it's going to cause you to put pressure to take action, every single
and that's the key. Have the visualization take the action every day? It's a simple start in the ets, a simple start that everybody can follow through its had. Even start, though this like its today's star, but a month from now, you're going to adjust and you're going to evolve, and it's going to be the same system watch we're giving you here is more powerful than any fucking system. You can go out and buy than any. You know coach. You could hire because it's it's it's a system that can evolve it's a system that can grow with you and you're. The only discipline there's two things that will take discipline about this one you gotta do the shit that right down to you, gotta know when those things have become habit and replace. and when new shit, because what happens you'll find yourself right back in the comfort zone. You'll be doing these five things you didn't. They want for six months, had it and guess what that's all you gonna get out of it. So if you dont constantly push constantly evolving costly, add new things which takes this.
plan because you know you're going to have to I like self, evaluate and say alright. This needs to be checked off. This has to be checked off cars, our habit. Now, if you miss that part of it, work for you. If you use a properly, you will be a completely different person, twelvemonths completely different, and we would be wrong if we don't mention something else. You ve said, which is that this is not a clean, perfect process. There are days, you're gonna feel like a fraud, thus right- and there is even a lighted el on the fucker paper right like there's thursdays, you're gonna run an elm paper right, but do you know what, at the end of the day, if you gonna fuckin five here, In fact, in two here are you ve got four here, and you got three here. You know affordable use and three else did you win the fuckin weak, yeah yeah. That's how far the winning worse, one score is higher than the other fuckin score and guess what? If you win the fuckin week and you when the next week and you when the next week? And then you want fourth week of the more because what you want to fuck and month right
then, if you, when the month and you when the next month and the next month next month, guess what you want. here, and when you win a year, you pretty fucking, confident that you ve gotta be crew we need a habit of winning, which means you ve made winning, who you are and there's nothing more powerful than nothing. So people should embrace the messengers because its consistency, It matters dude, there's number of days the ice to lose the day, but I went along like a mortal whose alarm Do you lose your daisy? Lose absolutist, now be imperfect, bus ride better every day and a lot of times the monopolised? If you could be perfect good for you, that's the ideal and you could progressed fast with that, but dude parent only by the does a perfect, but that should be the goal. I guarantee you. If you do it perfect you're, going to fucking dominate right, but like dude, you know, I wanna say this one more time
you know we have. Why am I here the powerless forty seven thousand times of fuckin weak people tat they? Never. Most every time, but not doing it right. Make sure you understand. I do it right makes you doing it right, don't adjust it, don't put your fuckin twist on it, giving you the fucking secret sauce right here when we were using. It literally comes down to the daily actions you get like. I said you can have all the big goals, all the big dreams that you want. But if you choose to not take daily action, make those dreams come true. They will never happen, and I know the world that we live in today. Is this world of everything's just gonna work out perfectly, and it's going to be sunshine and rainbows and unicorns, but the reality is. It does not work that way. If you are unwilling to put in the work you have to settle for the fact that you're going to fall short, where you want be one hundred percent and if you do put in the work there is zero chance. You won't end up very very
it's close to where you want to be very close: it's not a it's, not a fuckin magic. It's not! We talked about this all the time. It's it's it's cause and effect. It's actual result. It's math! You know it's nothing more than that. It's been a while, since you ve been on when you share your contact information year, your social media handles and such everybody stay connected at at continued fight, that's for instagram and Chad is continued fight twitter at continued fights, vital continued vat is typically the best way to find me, but it just feel so good to be back with the three of you, including that boy over there tyler, but it it feels so good to be back. It's been a wild ride of a year, but the the love that I continue to get where people continue to add. When you guys back in the old man had feel it feel so good. Some very excited
each and every single one of you and it's finished the your strong just let it go finished your strong to hold back guys, first of all, I have far more listeners on the pot cast unique downloads than I have instagram followers. Follow me on instagram. You need to follow me there, because I do daily content. You might get to podcast a week. So for me, every day on its european rights at Andy for zella, my snapshot, emma ceo dash, one. Those are my two main platforms and also on facebook. For you, older people, it still use facebook. I love These were by allow young folks like it, but guys Why you tell him where you are too I'm I'm at vaughn color for everything via: u g, h, n, kao, H, l e r, so guys, ah before we let you go I just want to say thank you. So much do we are. Having a tremendous amount of growth. I know that's coming from you guys, keep in your promise to
bring me one friend. If you found value in the park cast, ok, I'm not ask you know, tell everybody, I'm not asking you to go out, make posts about it, although that will we call, but you know we don't cha, we don't sell anything, and I ask you to buy shit, but what I would like is for you to refer one friend. That's our little it's always our little fee. So, if you're new, that's that's what we asked for and found value refer a friend and guys again, if you're going to do this, do it right, because this is something that has changed and defined my wife over and over and over again, and it's gonna be the tool that I used to take our businesses into the bay. These, whereas a bees, we don't know that means these billions. Ok, that's my goal. I be the best we want. We want to be the standard. I want people to read fucking books about what we did our eye.
It's not gonna happen without this tool that we just talked about here, the powerless and all the other things that we talked about. Obviously, but I think that take away here is that you know its daily actions. It's what Do today, it's not what you gonna do tomorrow: it's not what you did last weeks that we did yesterday it's what you do today and if you could focus on watch you today and you can win the day. You have an opportunity to minimise and if you can wyndham all, then you have an opportunity when the next day, but that's what you need to stay focused on, because what we're talking about here is redefining your habits and redefining the way that you attack your life and if you can apply these tools in this effort in the things that we're talking about on a daily basis in your life, you are going to smash every single person that is. In your organization that is competing with you anything you're, just gonna, be it because there are doing so guys used a powerless. If you have
questions about powerless, sinister females. Maybe a comment on instagram I'll answer it. I guess thanks so much love you guys we're talking next time
